No Returns Policy

Factory Defects
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
Defects must be verified by our quality assurance team before a return or exchange is approved.
Items showing signs of misuse, damage caused by the customer, or normal wear and tear will not be eligible for a return or exchange.

- Shipping Costs
- Sohachic will cover shipping costs for returns due to verified manufacturing defects.
